酱釉即酱色釉,是一种以铁为着色剂的高温釉,其釉料中含氧化铁和氧化亚铁的总量较高,达5%以上。釉色如柿黄色或芝麻酱色,故而得名。酱色釉早在商代晚期就已出现,但真正成熟则是在东汉晚期。宋代是酱釉瓷器发展的黄金时期,南北各地瓷窑普遍烧造,清代是酱釉瓷器发展的巅峰时期,并深得历代皇帝的青睐。该酱釉罐直口,中长颈,丰肩弧腹,腹部渐收,瘦底圈足。罐体呈棕色,胎质细腻,包浆浑厚,通体素无纹饰,制器规整。根据制作工艺可推断至清代,历经岁月洗礼,保存不易,存世量稀少,具有极高的研究与收藏投资价值。

Sauce glaze is a kind of high temperature glaze with iron as colorant. The total amount of iron oxide and ferrous oxide in the glaze is higher than 5%. Glaze color such as persimmon yellow or sesame sauce color, hence the name. The sauce glaze appeared as early as the late Shang Dynasty, but the real maturity was in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. Song Dynasty is the golden period of the development of sauce-glazed pottery. Porcelain kilns are widely fired in the north and the south. Qing Dynasty is the peak period of the development of sauce-glazed pottery, and has won the favor of emperors of all dynasties. The sauce and glaze pot has straight mouth, medium and long neck, abundant shoulder and arc abdomen, gradual recession of abdomen and thin bottom ring feet. Tank body is brown, with delicate fetus, thick slurry, no decoration and regular regulator. According to the production process, it can be inferred that in the Qing Dynasty, after years of baptism, the preservation was not easy, the stock was scarce, and it had a very high investment value in research and collection.
